The University of Maryland Eastern Shore men’s golf team finished 13th out of 15 teams at the US Naval Academy Goat Invitational in Annapolis, Maryland. The Hawks completed the 54-hole tournament with a team total of 897 after rounds of 303, 297 and 298.
Polakrit Pawichai led the University of Maryland Eastern Shore men’s golf team in its first fall tournament. The junior transfer and newcomer, competing in his first tournament as a Hawk, tied for 20th with rounds of 77, 70 and 72.
University of Maryland Eastern Shore Men’s Golf Results
Max Osten recorded rounds of 74, 74 and 73 for the Hawks. Horace Pennix III, a junior transfer and newcomer, opened with a 71 before posting rounds of 77 and 78.
Jaden Hanson, a sophomore from England, recorded rounds of 80, 77 and 75. Marcos Ramirez, a Spanish sophomore, contributed rounds of 81, 76 and 78.

Next Tournament
The University of Maryland Eastern Shore men’s golf team is scheduled to return to competition Oct. 5 at the University of Maryland Testudo Cup. The event will be the Hawks’ next tournament.
