Towson Tigers football face another tough matchup vs San Diego State
The Towson Tigers football team face the San Diego State Aztecs this Saturday at 3:30pm. The Tigers are up for likely their toughest matchup so far this season. The Tigers have lost their last two games after beating Morgan State in the season opener. Last week, the Tigers lost 35 to 7 against the North Dakota State Bison.
ESPN’s matchup predicter only gives the Tigers a 4.8% chance of beating the Aztecs. The Aztecs are 3-0 this season and will have home field advantage against the Tigers.
Offensively the Tigers have yet to really find their footing since playing Morgan State. The Tigers are still adjusting after losing quarterback Tom Flacco, who was a stud for them.
The Tigers need to go into San Diego State with an any given Saturday attitude. The Tigers schedule gets easier after San Diego State as they will be facing more CAA opponents.
