The Ravens select JK Dobbins with the 55th overall pick
The Baltimore Ravens have selected Ohio State running back JK Dobbins with the 55th overall pick in the NFL draft. The Ravens have not selected a running back in the first two rounds since Ray Rice was the 55th overall pick in 2008.
Dobbins is a strong running back that that will add to an already strong backfield. Mark Ingram and Gus Edwards had very strong seasons last year and Justice Hill added a good change of pace.
Dobbins is more of a pure running back. I would not be surprised to see the Ravens keep four running backs. The Ravens love to run the ball and quarterback Lamar Jackson helps make running the ball easy.
