The Baltimore Ravens announced that they have re-signed offensive tackle Andre Smith to a one-year deal. Smith is a veteran who joined the Ravens late in the season last year.
Smith was orginally drafted as the sixth overall pick in the 2009 draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. Smith played for Alabama in College. Smith had three different stints with the Bengals and started five games for them in 2019 before being waived.
The Ravens have a lot of salary cap to work with this year and this is a great depth move. Smith is a huge tackle with a decade of NFL experience.
The Ravens have depth at a lot of different positions and have a lot of returning players. The Ravens will have a very competitive training camp this season.
