Ravens place Stokley on injured reserve sign Scott
The Baltimore Ravens have placed wide receiver Brandon Stoklely on season ending injured reserve and brought back Bernard Scott. Stokley suffered a concussion against the Minnesota Vikings, he has had several concussions in his career and the Ravens did not want to chance anything.
For Stokley this could be a career ending injury as the 37 year old wide receiver has been plagued with injuries all season and repeat concussions are serious. Stokley this season had 13 receptions for 115 yards and no interceptions, he was a valuable third down target when healthy.
Bernard Scott was cut when the Ravens activated Dennis Pitta. Scott is a backup running back and backup return specialist.
Here is a tweet from the Ravens confirming the move.
