Orioles have claimed Hendriks

The Baltimore Orioles have claimed Laim Hendriks off waivers from the Chicago Cubs. Hendriks is a right-handed pitcher who is only 24 years old.

Hendriks has spent parts of three seasons pitching for the Minnesota Twins and has posted a 6.06 era, which is not good but remember he is still very young. Hendriks has started all but two games in his major league career.

I can see Hendriks as being a AAA guy who makes a spot start or two for the Orioles. I do not see Hendriks being a guy that makes the rotation.
