Maryland High School Senior commits to Penn State and Has Eyes on Olympics in 2020

Aaron Brooks is a high school senior from Hagerstown, MD and currently ranked the top wrestling prospect in the country has committed to Penn State. Penn State was not a surprised being the topped ranked wrestling college with six team titles in the past seven years.

Brooks career at North Hagerstown High School has a combined varsity record of 154-2 and three state titles and hoping for a fourth this year in the 174/185 weight class.

Brooks national accomplishments include Hub Cup champion, NHSCA national champion at Virginia Beach, National Cadet champion in Athens Greece and three USA Wrestling championships in Fargo, North Dakota.

Brooks will not be attending Penn State until the 2019/2020 season and instead attend the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. He hopes to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympics team during his freshmen year of college and has eyes on a gold medal and an NCAA national championship in his first year at Penn State
