Maryland Coach Szefc Throws Out First Pitch at Oriole Park

Today was a big day for the University of Maryland, as the Terps officially joined the Big Ten Conference. However, it was an even bigger day for the baseball team, and specifically head coach John Szefc. After the most successful season in program history, the Orioles acknowledged Szefc by inviting him to throw out the first pitch. Szefc delivered to David Lough. He also posed for a picture with O’s skipper Buck Showalter.
