Machado goes three for four in extended spring training
Baltimore Orioles third baseman Manny Machado will start Friday night for the Frederick Keys. The game on Friday will be Machado’s first rehab start of the season. We have been following Machado’s recovery since he went down with his knee injury.
This is a big step for Machado as it seems to be the last and final hurdle that he needs to do before being activated by the Orioles. Machado’s biggest problem was scare tissue in his knee that made it difficult for him to run.
Machado is currently playing in extended spring training games, he went 3 for 4 today.
