Maeve Daly ties match before halftime
Hagerstown Community College took a 1-0 lead in the 32nd minute. Howard answered when Maeve Daly converted a penalty kick in the 41st minute, sending the teams into halftime tied 1-1.
Hagerstown regained the lead early in the second half with goals in the 49th and 51st minutes to move ahead 3-1. The Hawks added goals in the 62nd, 70th and 72nd minutes to pull away in the second half.

Carson Furajter led Hagerstown with three goals and one assist. Alessandra Portillo, Natalie Cossack and Makayla Wright also scored, while Skylen Renshaw recorded two assists.
Howard goalkeeper Shyann Hansen made 13 saves on 19 shots on goal. Hagerstown finished with 40 total shots and 19 on goal, compared with nine total shots and seven on goal for Howard.
Anica Munoz led Howard with six shots, including five on goal. Daly had two shots and her second goal of the season, while Ashly Dominguez added one shot on target. Howard earned two corner kicks.
