Baltimore City Community College Basketball Programs Earn Three All-Region 20 Selections

Baltimore City Community College basketball programs earned three All-Region 20 selections, with Promise Whitmore named to the women9s first team, Pashence Perry receiving women9s honorable mention and Antonio Fliggins earning men9s honorable mention.

The honors were announced March 23, 2026. Whitmore and Perry represented the Baltimore City Community College Panthers women9s basketball program, while Fliggins represented the Panthers men9s basketball program.

Promise Whitmore earns women9s first-team recognition

Promise Whitmore, a sophomore guard from Laurel, Maryland, earned a spot on the All-Region 20 women9s first team. She led the Red and Black in scoring at 13.3 points per game, field goals made, free throws made and 3-pointers made.

Whitmore made 107 field goals, 86 free throws and 33 3-pointers. She also led the team in three-point percentage at 18.8%.

Pashence Perry receives women9s honorable mention

Pashence Perry received All-Region 20 women9s honorable mention as a freshman guard from Baltimore, Maryland. She led the Red and Black in field-goal percentage at 24.2%, free-throw percentage at 66.7% and steals per game at 3.1. Perry averaged 10.3 points per game and joined Whitmore as one of two Baltimore City Community College student-athletes to average double-figure points.

Antonio Fliggins earns men9s honorable mention

Antonio Fliggins received All-Region 20 men9s honorable mention after leading the Panthers in several statistical categories. The sophomore guard from Baltimore, Maryland, led the team in free-throw percentage at 81.8%, minutes per game at 25.8, points with 313, field goals made with 104, free throws made with 81 and assists per game at 2.7. Fliggins averaged 10.4 points per game and was one of two Baltimore City Community College players to average double-figure points.

The official Baltimore City Community College announcement identified Whitmore, Perry and Fliggins as the program9s All-Region 20 selections.
