The Baltimore Ravens have traded Rolando McClain and a seventh-round 2015 draft pick to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a sixth-round 2015 draft pick. If you remember, McClain has retired twice since the Ravens have signed him and has never played in a game. McClain came out of retirement earlier this offseason only to retire again a few days later, McClain’s workout was not impressive.
I have covered the McClain story the entire time and I think it is glad that he is out of the Ravens organization, clearly he did not want to be here. McClain is a headcase and has always had problems off the field and would not have fit in well in the Ravens locker room.
The Return for McClain is not much but at least the Ravens will get to move up in the draft by a round.
