Johns Hopkins University Athletics women’s cross country team competed in the women’s open race at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 2, 2026, at Lehigh University in Lehigh, Pennsylvania. Anne Hiraki led the team by placing 85th among 431 runners in 23:17.7. Heat forced event organizers to cancel the remaining races.
Johns Hopkins Results at the Paul Short Run
Six Johns Hopkins runners competed in the women’s open race. Rachel Allison placed 110th in 23:37.0, while Kayla Ritzman finished 114th in 23:44.9.
Emily Roskowski placed 141st in 24:05.4, followed by Maya Eisenberg in 167th at 24:20.4. Hanna Bruno rounded out the Johns Hopkins results by placing 255th in 25:28.6.
Johns Hopkins Women’s Cross Country Schedule
Johns Hopkins is scheduled to compete Oct. 3 at the Running of the Cows DIII Pre-National Invitational, hosted by Carleton College. Johns Hopkins runners whose races were canceled at the Paul Short Run are scheduled to compete at the Don Cathcart Invitational, hosted by Salisbury University.
