Goucher College Women’s Soccer Team Falls 6-0 to Randolph-Macon at Beldon Field

The Goucher College women’s soccer team fell 6-0 to Randolph-Macon in non-conference action Sept. 19, 2026, at Beldon Field in Baltimore. Randolph-Macon led 2-0 at halftime before scoring four goals in the second half. Goucher entered the match with a 1-4-0 record, while Randolph-Macon entered at 2-3-1.

Randolph-Macon Builds Halftime Lead

Randolph-Macon opened the scoring at 1:35 when Taylor Gim scored on a rebound. Brodie Russ added a goal at 17:37, giving Randolph-Macon a 2-0 advantage that held through halftime.

Goucher College goalkeeper Nia George made seven saves, including a stop 1:31 into the match and another in the 29th minute. George added a save at 58:34, while Taylor Acres made a defensive save in the 63rd minute to preserve the two-goal margin.

Randolph-Macon extended its lead when Emmerson Hill scored at 68:45. Cece Beem followed at 71:04, Makenna Burnett scored at 73:50 and Ella Boyce completed the scoring at 85:26.

George finished with seven saves for Goucher, and Randolph-Macon recorded no saves because Goucher did not register a shot. The Goucher College women’s soccer team is scheduled to host Lancaster Bible on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 7 p.m. on Beldon Field.
