South Carolina Stingrays Fan Fest 2026 with Jesse Kallechy Q&A ahead of the 2026-27 opener will take place Saturday, Aug. 22, at North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, S.C. The free, family-friendly event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is open to the public.
Kallechy, entering his first season as the South Carolina Stingrays’ head coach, will join Brendan Reilly, the Voice of the Rays, for a Q&A at 11 a.m. The session will offer fans a first look at Kallechy’s plans for the 2026-27 season and an opportunity to connect with the new head coach.
Fan Fest 2026 Activities
Fans can participate in hourly raffles throughout the event for chances to win Stingrays prizes. The Reef will offer official merchandise for purchase, and player-used equipment also will be available.
Cool Ray’s Kids Club, presented by MUSC Children’s Health, will be open for memberships for the upcoming season. Prospective season-ticket holders also can participate in Select-A-Seat to view available seating in person and choose seats for the new season.
Complimentary food sampling from North Charleston Coliseum game-day vendors will follow the Q&A. The sampling will provide attendees with a preview of the concessions available during the upcoming season.
Blood Drive and South Carolina Stingrays Opening Night
The Blood Connection will host a blood drive at North Charleston Coliseum from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 22. Blood donors can receive Stingrays-themed rewards.
The South Carolina Stingrays will open the 2026-27 season at North Charleston Coliseum on Saturday, Oct. 17, against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. Opening Night, presented by MUSC Health, is scheduled for 6:05 p.m.

Fan Fest 2026 will give South Carolina Stingrays fans a chance to prepare for the upcoming season before Opening Night in October. The event combines Kallechy’s Q&A with Select-A-Seat, merchandise and equipment opportunities, food sampling, raffles and a blood drive.
