The Baltimore Ravens safety Christian Thompson has been suspended for four games for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. The Ravens drafted Thompson in the fourth round of last years draft and was expected to be part of the safety depth this season. Thompson played in seven games last season but did not record any stats.
The Ravens are already short on safeties so this is not good. Here is a tweet from Aaron Wilson on the suspension.
