The Stanley Cup is coming to Chocolatetown
Hershey, Pa
The perks of your NHL parent club winning the Stanley Cup….the team gets time with the cup as well. It was announced that the Stanley Cup, Maurice “Rocket” Richard, Prince of Wales and the Conn Smythe trophies will all travel together to Hershey and be on site for fans to see October seventh. The Hershey Bears take on the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Sunday October seventh at 5 pm.
The Stanley Cup is coming to Hershey! The Cup will appear at our Sunday, October 7 game vs. Bridgeport. Photo opportunities, and an exclusive Season Ticket Holder session will highlight the visit, with more details to come! https://t.co/n8MkBxyy89 #HBH #DefendTheDen pic.twitter.com/lFLdCrunOW

There were 14 former Bears on the roster of the 2018 Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals. To say Hershey played a large part in our affiliate’s victory may be a bit of an understatement. It’s appropriate the Stanley Cup spends time in Hershey for the fans and young players to see.
Love the Hershey Bears, love our partnership, love how our system developed together. They deserve a day with the Cup and I am grateful to them. I proudly display the three championship rings in the AHL for @TheHersheyBears! https://t.co/50B8dKgRVU
