New York preview-The Knicks have lost eight consecutive games against the Wizards. Mudiay started the first five minutes of the game, but then sat the bench due to his performance on the court, which could be hampered by a previous ankle sprain. He is listed as a potential starter against Washington, but Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said he liked how both Ntilikina and Burke played. New York have dropped 16 of 19, but still remain 1.5 games behind the Chicago Bulls for the 8th spot in the lottery draft.

Washington preview-Once again, turnovers were the achilles heel for the Wizards, as 17 turnovers led to 19 points for Denver. Washington remains the #6 seed in the Eastern Conference. The Wizards will be playing the Knicks for the last time this season. In the previous meetings against New York, the Wizards won both of them.
