Reuben Foster carted out of Redskins OTA’s with leg injury

Washington Redskins fans are hoping that their injury curse is not beginning already. Today during OTA’s new linebacker Reuben Foster was carted off the field with an air cast on his left leg. Foster was in obvious pain as he lay on the thurf after being pushed. It was reported that he was in tears as he left the field.

Foster was signed by the Redskins after being released by the San Francisco 49ers in November of 2018. Foster was placed on the commissioner’s exempt list for the remainder of the 2018 season. In April of 2019, following an internal NFL investigation finding no evidence to suspend him, Foster was removed from the list.

Foster’s injury status is unknown at this time. Follow the Maryland Sports Blog for more information as it becomes available.
