Recap: D.C. United drops 1-0 game to New England Revolution

D.C. United suffered their first loss of the season, a 1-0 setback on the road to the New England Revolution. But hey those marble jerseys are cool. It was a tight contest but the Black and Red found themselves on the wrong end after an early goal in the second half.

The first half was scoreless.

Brandon Bye gave the Revolution the lead shortly after the second half began as the ball had a bad bounce off Brendan Hines-Ike. D.C. United’s best chance for the equalizer came in the 69th minute (nice).

The Black and Red will be back in action on Saturday May 1 at 11 p.m. eastern on the road against the San Jose Earthquakes.
