Orioles Minor League third baseman Jaime Estrada suspended 50 games

According to MLB.com “ Baltimore Orioles Minor League third baseman Jaime Estrada, who is currently on the Orioles Gulf Coast League roster, has received a 50-game suspension without pay after a positive test for Strychnine, a stimulant in violation of the Program. The suspension of Estrada will be effective at the start of the 2018 Gulf Coast League season.”

Estrada in two minor league seasons is batting a .246 along with a .347 on base percentage. Jaime has one career minor league homerun and seven runs batted in (RBI)
