Goucher College women’s cross country athlete Kalia Kiyoi finished eighth at the Seahawk XC Classic on Friday, Sept. 18, in Hughesville, Maryland. The sophomore completed the 6K course in a time of 31:31.0 to lead the Gophers’ individual results.
Seahawk XC Classic Overview
Hosted by St. Mary’s College of Maryland, the Seahawk XC Classic brought together regional competition in a challenging 6-kilometer race. Kiyoi’s top-ten finish highlighted Goucher College’s presence among the competing teams.
Goucher’s women’s cross country team will return to competition on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Purple & Gold Invite, hosted by West Chester University, as they continue their 2026 season.
