Frostburg State University Men’s Soccer Builds Two-Goal Halftime Lead
Inzaghi Harmon opened the scoring for Frostburg State with an assist from Christ Fopossi. Harmon then assisted Nate Kennedy on the Bobcats’ second goal, which also included an assist from Brian Gomez.
The Bobcats carried a 2-0 lead into halftime. Andrew Denard added the third goal after an assist from Frank Stare, extending the advantage early in the second half.
Bobcats Hold Ohio Dominican Scoreless After Break
Frostburg State held Ohio Dominican scoreless in the second half to preserve the shutout. The Bobcats finished with 10 shots compared to Ohio Dominican’s five, and put seven shots on target versus four for the hosts.
The victory marked Coach Balde’s first as Frostburg State’s head coach and improved the Bobcats’ record to 1-0-1 on the season.
