The Delmarva Shorebirds will host a $5 Halloween Movie Night presented by Pohanka of Salisbury on Saturday, October 17, at Perdue Stadium. The event will include trick-or-treating, childrens activities and a screening of the 2019 animated film The Addams Family.
Gates will open at 4:00 p.m., with trick-or-treating and other activities scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The movie will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. on the video board in right field and is expected to end at approximately 8:00 p.m.
Delmarva Shorebirds Halloween Movie Night Details
Fans may watch the film from the outfield grass or the seating bowl. Fans seated in the outfield must use blankets, as chairs will not be permitted on the outfield grass. The Addams Family is rated PG and has an 87-minute run time.
Trick-or-treating will take place on the second-level concourse. The first 300 children through the gates will have the opportunity to paint a pumpkin in the Picnic Deck, with paint and pumpkins provided by the Shorebirds.
The Shorebirds Kids Zone will include inflatables and games, along with face painting by Jewel Entertainment. Tickets cost $5, parking will be free, and tickets are available at tickets.

Chris Bitters, the Delmarva Shorebirds general manager, said the organization views Perdue Stadium as a venue that extends beyond Shorebirds games.
