AEW NEWS: TAZ IS OFFICALLY ALL ELITE

After months of speculation about what the Human Suplex Machine would be doing in 2020, on Thursday All Elite Wrestling announced they have signed, ECW and WWE legend, TAZ to a multi-year deal.

On October 12, 2019, Taz made a guest appearance in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), which he is appeared on AEW Dark on October 22 as the guest commentator.

On November 9, 2019, Taz made his guest appearance during the companies first Pay-per view event, Full Gear as the pre-show commentator. On January 1st, 2020, episode of AEW Dynamite, Taz made his Dynamite debut on commentary filling in for Tony Schiavone

TAZ’s last full-time stint in a wrestling company was when he was a commentator for Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling from 2009-2015. Then the Human Suplex Machine expanded his broadcasting abilities into starting his own, very successful podcast which eventually aired on CBS Radio.

AEW Executive Vice President Cody expressed his excitement and made the signing official on Thursday via his Twitter..

Taz began his wrestling career back in the early 90’s with Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and won the World Heavyweight and Television titles.

And then he signed with World Wrestling Entertainment where his in-ring run was brief but moved to the announce table and was a successful commentator for the WWE from 2002-2009.
