Mount St. Mary’s athletics announced a multi-year agreement with The Roof Docs, which becomes the first jersey patch partner for Mount St. Mary’s University men’s basketball. Jersey patches featuring the company’s logo are in place for the 2026-27 season.
The agreement connects the program with Oliver Brown, the owner and founder of The Roof Docs and a 2013 graduate of Mount St. Mary’s. Brown is an alumnus of the men’s basketball program as both a player and a member of the coaching staff.
Agreement builds on existing partnership
Mount St. Mary’s and The Roof Docs have maintained a partnership for several years. The new multi-year agreement adds the company’s branding to the men’s basketball jerseys beginning with the 2026-27 season.
“The Mount gave me so much as a student-athlete and a young coach,” Brown said. “A lot of what I learned in that locker room is how we run our company today. Show up, outwork people, and take care of your teammates. Seeing our logo on the jerseys of the program that shaped me is an honor. We’re proud to back Mount St. Mary’s basketball and my good friend Donny Lind. We look forward to continuing this partnership for years to come and giving back to the community that helped make us who we are. Go Mount!”
The Roof Docs maintains regional presence
The Roof Docs was founded in 2018 with a focus on the roofing and construction industry. The company has offices in Northern Virginia, Richmond, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
Mount Director of Athletics Brad Davis said The Roof Docs has been an outstanding partner with Mount Athletics. Davis also credited the company’s investment with helping Mount St. Mary’s compete at the highest level and for championships in the Metro Conference.
“The Roof Docs has been an outstanding partner with Mount Athletics for several years,” Davis said. “We are grateful to Oliver and his team for investing in our program and for being the first jersey patch for Mount men’s basketball. These partnerships enhance our ability to compete at the highest level and compete for championships in the Metro Conference.”
