Delmarva Shorebirds General Manager Chris Bitters praised Wilson’s dedication to the organization and its visiting teams. “Quest is constantly one of the first people here and last to leave, showing dedication, commitment and passion to the Shorebirds and visiting teams’ players, staff and personnel each day,” Bitters said. “Quest is one of the best at his craft. Please join us in congratulating him on this well-deserved honor.”
Second Consecutive Shorebirds Clubhouse Award
Wilson’s recognition marks the second consecutive year that a Delmarva Shorebirds clubhouse manager has won a postseason award. Mason Gomez won Home Clubhouse Manager of the Year in 2025.
