The Baltimore Ravens return to M&T Bank Stadium for Week four as they host the Tennessee Titans in their second home game of the 2026 season. The Ravens return home after a thrilling 34-31 victory over the Cowboys in Rio. The Ravens sit now at 2–1, as Jesse Minter’s squad looks to build momentum and win at home for the first time since week 12 last season.
Meanwhile, the Titans travel to Baltimore looking for their first win of the 2026 season. The Titans are coming off a 12-7 loss at the hands of the New York Giants last week. Second year quarterback Cam Ward and the Titans offense has struggled to get in a consistent rhythm, scoring just an average of 12 points per game through the first three weeks.
The Ravens will be without both their centers Jovaughn Gwyn (ankle) and Ethan Pocic (knee) have been ruled out. Both were injured last Sunday and are expected to end up on injured reserve. Rookie first round pick Vega Ioane who finished the game last Sunday at center, and has been the Ravens starting right guard through the first three weeks is expected to get his first start at center on Sunday. Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson (finger) has also been ruled out as he underwent a procedure on his injured finger that he suffered in week one, and has been playing through up to this point. Head coach Jesse Minter said the procedure should not put Hendrickson out long term. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley (toe) who also missed last week is listed as questionable, along with wide receivers Zay Flowers (hamstring) and Chris Moore (ankle).
As for the Titans they come into Sunday mostly healthy as running back Tyjae Spears (ankle) and safety Kevin Winston Jr. (shoulder) are the only Titans with injury designations as both are listed as questionable.
Players to Watch:
Jaylinn Hawkins
Free agent acquisition, safety Jaylinn Hawkins, has had an average start to his tenure as a Baltimore Raven. Hawkins through three weeks has amassed 15 total tackles, but has not recorded any pass deflections, interceptions, or any other game breaking plays or statistics. Hawkins was brought in this offseason to be a ballhawking safety after he racked up a career high four interceptions last season as a member of the New England Patriots. Outside of a missed played ball by Hawkins in week two against the Saints that should have been an interceptions, Hawkins has largely not been around the ball enough or made the plays when they were there to be the game changing safety the Ravens were looking for.
Sunday will be a good test for Hawkins as the Ravens will look to force the Titans into obvious passing downs, and force Titans quarterback Cam Ward into throwing the ball in order to not only sustain drives, but also move the Titans down the field. Hawkins and this entire Raven secondary should have plenty of opportunities to make plays on the ball as through 20 career games for Ward he is currently averaging over two interceptions thrown per game.
Tony Pollard
As the centerpiece of Tennessee’s backfield, veteran running back Tony Pollard remains the Titans’ most dangerous playmaking threat. Leading Tennessee in rushing yards through three weeks with 38 carries for 173 yards, and averaging 4.6 yards per rush. Pollard’s ability to bounce plays outside and make defenders miss in space will be vital for a Titans team trying to stay out of 3rd-and-long situations.
If Pollard can establish the run early and chip away on screen passes, it could take the edge off Baltimore’s pass rush. The Ravens struggled last week against the run, but with the Titans not being much of a threat in the passing game offensively, Jesse Minter, and this Ravens defense can put a lot more focus on Pollard to hopefully slow him down, and not allow his playmaking ability to keep things interesting.
Prediction
It was a difficulty hard fought win for the Ravens last week, and between the long travel from Baltimore to Rio, then back to Baltimore. Coupled with the physicality of the game last Sunday, it would not be supposing to see the Ravens come out of the gates a little slow this Sunday. The Titans strength is very clearly their defense, as they currently rank in the top 10 in total defense through week three. It could be tough sledding early for the Ravens offense and I would expect the game to be closer than many would expect through the first half with weather also expected to play a factor has rain is in the forecast throughout the duration of the game.
The second half will be a different story and it will largely be dependent on the Titans inability to sustain drives, turnovers and move the ball. This will keep the Titans defense on the field eventually wearing them down, and opening up rushing lanes for running back Derrick Henry against his former team. Despite some of the sloppiness by the Ravens, they still have too much talent, along with the Titans having no clear offensive identity, the Ravens will eventually be able to pull away in the second half and pick up their first home win in nearly a calendar year, and move to 3-1. Ravens win by a final of 31-13.
