Mount St. Mary’s University men’s water polo team will compete in three games at the Bucknell Invitational on September 19-20, facing No. 5 Fordham, MIT, and LIU. The Mount will play Fordham and MIT on Saturday before meeting LIU on Sunday.
Mount St. Mary’s Men’s Water Polo Schedule at Bucknell Invitational
The Mountaineers open the weekend against No. 5 Fordham at 1 p.m. ET Saturday, followed by a 5:30 p.m. ET game against MIT. On Sunday, they will close out the invitational versus LIU at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Mount St. Mary’s 3-4 Record After Splitting at Princeton Invitational
Mount St. Mary’s enters with a 3-4 overall record after a 2-2 showing at the Princeton Invitational, where the team beat Iona and LIU but fell to ranked teams Princeton (No. 8) and St. Mary’s (No. 20).
Luka Urosevic led the Mount with 12 goals during the Princeton Invitational, including five against Iona. Neven Cerkez scored the winning goal against Iona and recorded seven assists over three days.
Also contributing were Aleksandar Radosavljevic with six goals on 18 shots, Giannis Skliras with five goals on 15 shots, and Aaron Tarr with four goals on 14 shots. Freshman Giacomo Graff scored his first two collegiate goals, one against LIU and another against Princeton.
Max Economy and Nathan Valentine each scored their first goals of the season at the Princeton Invitational.
Goalkeepers Linc Smith and Ivan Morales shared starts, with Smith recording 10 saves and Morales eight. Milan Miskolczi started against LIU, tallying 16 saves.
Upcoming: Laker Invitational in Erie
After the Bucknell Invitational, Mount St. Mary’s will travel to Erie, Pennsylvania, for the Laker Invitational, featuring four games over two days: two on Saturday, September 26, and two on Sunday, September 27.
