Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association named Austin Roberts of McDonogh Boys Soccer and Roudie Kisialiou of Concordia Prep Boys Soccer its Athletes of the Week for Aug. 31 through Sept. 5, 2026. Roberts recorded 10 goals and four assists in two games, while Kisialiou helped Concordia Prep begin the season 3-0.
Austin Roberts Produces 14 Points in Two McDonogh Wins
Roberts, a Dartmouth-bound senior, recorded 10 goals and four assists in McDonogh’s wins over Landon and Boys Latin. His performances earned him one of the MIAA’s weekly honors.
Roudie Kisialiou Helps Concordia Prep Start 3-0
Kisialiou recorded one goal and one assist in Concordia Prep’s 2-1 win at St. Paul’s. He followed with two goals and one assist in a 3-0 win over Severn.
Those results helped Concordia Prep Boys Soccer open the season with a 3-0 record. Kisialiou totaled three goals and two assists in the two games.
Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association Weekly Honors
The MIAA will honor one or more athletes from the previous week of competition throughout the 2026-27 school year. Roberts and Kisialiou received the honors for the week of Aug. 31 through Sept. 5, 2026.
