Aiden Wright of Hood College earned the Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal in each of the team’s two victories during the week ending Sept. 6, 2026.
The Middle Atlantic Conference announced its weekly award recipients Sept. 8, 2026, recognizing 24 student-athletes for performances from Sept. 1 through Sept. 6. Wright received the Commonwealth men’s soccer honor.
Aiden Wright’s Game-Winning Performances Fuel Hood College Victories
Wright scored the decisive goal in the 71st minute against St. Mary’s (Md.) and converted a penalty kick in the 59th minute against Hartwick. These goals secured Hood College men’s soccer team’s two victories during the award period.
