The Hagerstown Flying Boxcars 2027 schedule includes an April 20 opener against the Blue Crabs at Meritus Park. The Hagerstown Flying Boxcars and the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball announced the schedule Aug. 31, 2026.
The Tuesday game will open Hagerstown’s fourth season at Meritus Park and serve as the first installment of the 2027 Black Eyed Brawl. That series will conclude July 4, 2027.
Hagerstown Flying Boxcars Schedule Includes Nine Homestands
The 2027 schedule includes nine week-long homestands at Meritus Park, along with two midweek series and one weekend series. Hagerstown also will have 11 weekends at home and 10 Thirsty Thursdays at Meritus Park.
The Flying Boxcars will play Tuesdays through Sundays. The team will be home for Father’s Day weekend, the Fourth of July and Labor Day weekend.
Game Times and Promotions Will Follow
The full schedule, including game times and promotions, will be made available at a later date. The announcement did not provide those details.
Meritus Park also will host community events while the Flying Boxcars are out of season. The announced events include Boxtoberfest on Oct. 17 and Stryker’s Spooktacular.
