Stevenson University Women’s Acrobatics & Tumbling Team will host a Prospect Clinic on Sunday, November 22, at the Owings Mills Gymnasium in Owings Mills, Maryland. The event is open to prospective student-athletes in grades 9 through 12.
The clinic offers hands-on, on-the-mat experience alongside current collegiate athletes. Participants will receive instruction and take part in drills covering acro, pyramids, toss and tumbling. The cost to attend is $50.
Stevenson University Prospect Clinic Schedule
Head coach Megan Despres and assistant coach Chloe Palmer will lead the clinic with current Stevenson University acrobatics & tumbling student-athletes. The schedule begins with an optional Athlete Q&A at 2:30 p.m. at Owings Mills Gymnasium.
Warm-up and stretching will start at 3 p.m., followed by a tumbling warm-up at 3:15 p.m. Tumbling lines and corners will begin at 3:30 p.m., with acro skills and drills at 4 p.m. Pyramid skills and drills will start at 4:30 p.m., then toss skills and drills at 5 p.m. The clinic will conclude at 5:30 p.m.
