Four players from Johns Hopkins University Women’s Field Hockey earned spots on the 2026 National Field Hockey Coaches Association Watch List, powered by Performance Sports Events. Seniors Sophia Albano, Aubrey Kilgore and Caeli Robinson, along with junior Ada Farmer, were named to the list on Aug. 27, 2026.
The watch list recognizes field hockey student-athletes considered to have strong potential for NFHCA All-Region and All-American consideration during the 2026 season. Selection does not guarantee future NFHCA postseason recognition.
Johns Hopkins Players Bring Strong Credentials
Sophia Albano earned a place on the NCAA All-Tournament Team last season after finishing with six goals and three assists. Four of her six goals were game-winners, including the overtime winner in the NCAA semifinals.
Aubrey Kilgore is a two-time NFHCA All-Region and two-time All-Centennial Conference selection. She ranked in the top 10 nationally last season with a 0.83 goals-against average and an .851 save percentage. Kilgore also ranks third in Johns Hopkins program history in career goals-against average at 0.793 and eighth in career save percentage at .832.
Caeli Robinson earned Second Team NFHCA All-America and First Team All-Centennial Conference honors last season. She also made the NCAA All-Tournament Team after ranking third on the team in goals with seven and assists with six. Her 20 points ranked fourth on the team.
Ada Farmer earned Second Team NFHCA All-Region and All-Centennial Conference recognition in her first season as a starter. She anchored a defense that ranked eighth nationally in goals-against average at 0.80 and fifth in shutouts with 12. Johns Hopkins opponents averaged 8.5 shots and 4.9 corners per game.
Johns Hopkins Opens 2026 Season Against Lynchburg
Johns Hopkins opens the 2026 season Tuesday, Sept. 1, against Lynchburg. The game is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Shenandoah’s Aikens Stadium.
The NFHCA Watch List highlights returning and emerging players entering the season. The four Johns Hopkins selections will look to build on the individual and team accomplishments that preceded their recognition.
