McDaniel College women’s soccer earned the United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award for the 13th consecutive year after posting a 3.49 women’s team grade-point average during the 2025-26 academic year. United Soccer Coaches announced the recognition Aug. 7, 2026, in Kansas City, Mo.
The McDaniel College women’s soccer team’s 3.49 GPA ranked seventh highest among the 11 women’s teams in the Centennial Conference. The award recognizes soccer teams that post a team GPA of at least 3.0.
Centennial Conference Women’s Soccer Academic Honors
McDaniel College was one of four Centennial Conference schools whose men’s and women’s soccer programs both received the award. Haverford, Muhlenberg and Swarthmore also had both programs recognized.
United Soccer Coaches honored 777 soccer teams for the 2025-26 academic year, including 326 men’s teams and 451 women’s teams. Among those schools, 175 had both their men’s and women’s soccer programs receive the honor.
