Salisbury University Sea Gulls Men’s Soccer Unveils 2026 Schedule Featuring Home Tournaments and Conference Play

The Salisbury University Sea Gulls men’s soccer team announced its 2026 schedule on July 23, revealing an 18-game regular season that includes seven home matches at the Gerry DiBartolo Sea Gull Soccer Complex. The schedule highlights a mix of challenging non-conference games and key conference matchups within the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C).

Season Opening and Early Home Tournament

The Sea Gulls will open their season away at Eastern Shore rival Washington (Md.) in Chestertown on September 1. Following the opener, Salisbury will host the Elmer Lord Memorial Tournament on September 4-5, facing Eastern Mennonite on Friday and Albertus Magnus on Saturday at home.

September and October Road Trips and Home Matches

In mid-September, Salisbury visits St. Mary’s City, Maryland, for the Seahawk Classic, playing Lehman and Baruch. The team also plays several other away matches including contests versus Roanoke, Lynchburg, NC Wesleyan, and DeSales. Home games include Rutgers-Camden on September 16 and Catholic University on September 30. October features multiple conference matchups, including away games at Mary Washington, Ursinus, Penn State Abington, and Regent, as well as home games against Johns Hopkins and St. Mary’s (Md.)—which will serve as Senior Day and Homecoming.

Hosting the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Tournament

Salisbury will host the C2C Tournament from November 5-8, 2026, its first time as host since 2023. The tournament schedule includes quarterfinal matches on November 5, semifinals on November 6, and the championship game on November 8, all at the Sea Gull Soccer Complex.

Team Context and Key Returners

Coming off a 9-6-5 2025 season where the Sea Gulls reached their first conference final since 2015, the 2026 roster returns significant talent, including sophomore forward David Brunetti, a second-team All-Region honoree, and senior forward/defender Dale Gordon, a fourth-team All-Region selection. These players are among five all-conference members returning to lead the squad.
