John Harbaugh said he has spoken to Lamar Jackson about the video showing him driving at 105 mph. Harbaugh doesn’t expect that to happen again.

Ravens will host Jaguars for joint practices before preseason opener and then practice at Eagles before third preseason game. This marks second straight year that Ravens will hold joint practices with two teams. Baltimore chose not to hold joint practices in 2016 and 2017.

John Harbaugh shared a conversation he had with Chris Moore, one of two wide receivers on the team who caught a pass last season. "He came in and wanted to know where he stood," Harbaugh said. "I told him, ‘Let’s roll. This is your time.’"

John Harbaugh on recruiting free-agent receivers: "You’re not going to be a certain type of receiver and want to come play in Baltimore. We have not received phone calls from some guys. That’s okay. I don’t want to hear from those guys. We want rough guys, we want tough guys."

Ravens GM Eric DeCosta just spoke to a small group at owner's meetings. All but affirmed that team will keep CB Jimmy Smith. "One of the greatest strengths of our team right now is our secondary. I think it would be foolish for us to make a strength a weakness for no reason."
