WWE announced that Torrie Wilson will be the newest member to be inducted into their Hall of Fame on the eve of WrestleMania 35, Saturday, April 6, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Wilson will join The Honky Tonk Man and Degeneration X in the class of 2019.
Wilson a former model won the Miss Galaxy competition in 1999 before joining WCW as a valet for then boyfriend Scott Steiner and a couple other talents. Once WWE purchased the struggling company Torrie quickly became part of the WCW invasion between Shane and Vince McMahon. Feuds with Stacy Keibler, Sable, Trish Stratus and Mickie James highlighted her WWE career.
Torrie was forced to retire in 2008 due to injury but will always be a fan favorite. From fitness model to in ring performer to actress Wilson always felt at home in the spotlight. Torrie graced the cover of many magazines including two memorable appearances on Playboy. Known for her gorgeous looks and incredible physique it was an easy transition when she started her own company Torrie Wilson Fit as a web based fitness instructor.
Welcome home Torrie and congratulations on forever hanging on the walls at the WWE Hall of Fame and forever being in our hearts as one of the most beautiful Women to ever step foot in the ring.
