Washington Commanders vs. Arizona Cardinals Preview

The Arizona Cardinals visit the Washington Commanders on Sunday as NFL action is underway for the 2023 season.  Washington looks to starting quarterback Sam Howell to call the shots under center while after much deliberation and speculation, Joshua Dobbs will be taking snaps for Arizona.  This will be the 126th meeting between these two franchises, and Washington has dominated with a 76-47-2 record dating back to 1932.  Vegas figures this to be high-scoring with the O/U set at 38 points and Washington favored by 7.

The Commanders are looking to shake a very poor finish to the 2022 campaign with a win against a highly-criticized Arizona team.  Washington will be missing Dax Milne and Chase Young for the game while the Cardinals are without starting quarterback Kyler Murray and Kevin Beachum.  WR Marquise Brown and TE Zach Ertz are questionable.

Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM EST at FedEx Field.
