The Premier Lacrosse League unveiled new team helmets

The Premier Lacrosse League team roster player-rollout on Monday created a ton of buzz within the lacrosse community, and as well as outside, as several mainstream media sites picked up on the news.

Seeing players post which of the six teams they would be playing for by tweeting out bitmoji’s of themselves in the team uniform that they’ll be playing for was a pretty cool digital marketing strategy for the new professional lacrosse league.

The PLL decided to drop another bombshell on the lacrosse community as they announced on Wednesday they had reached a partnership deal with Cascade, the top brand that makes the helmets in the sport.

Fans got to see each of the six teams helmets when the PLL twitter account posted each on at various times Wednesday night.

The reactions to the new helmets and the designs that correlate with the trendy team names was a social media hit!!
