Ravens sign quarterback Joe Callahan

The Baltimore Ravens have signed quarterback Joe Callahan pending a physical, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Callahan was an undrafted rookie from the 2016 NFL Draft, and inked a deal with the Green Bay Packers in 2016.

In his career, Callahan has been rostered on the Packers(two separate stints), Saints, Browns, Eagles, and most recently, the Buccaneers.

Statistically, Callahan has only appeared in one game, where he completed five of seven passes for 11 yards as a Packer in his age-24 season. Otherwise, Callahan has served as a backup since entering the league, mostly for Green Bay.

The 26-year-old will likely fill in the void that Robert Griffin III has left for four to eight weeks, after suffering a hairline fracture in his thumb during practice on Saturday night.

Welcome to Baltimore, Joe.
