TrayvonReed The Terrapins basketball program have a big time freshman class coming to the team this year as five of the players on the roster will be freshman however none will be bigger than Trayvon Reed and I do mean bigger. Reed stands at a towering 7’1’’ and since he is only 18 years old he can be expected to grow even more as he plays for the Terps in the upcoming seasons. However the Terps big man will have a setback this offseason as Coach Mark Turgeon announced that Reed had been diagnosed with a fractured right ankle. Terrapins Basketball Beef Up Roster: Land Georgia Tech Transfer Robert Carter

Robert_Carter The University of Maryland basketball program has not had a very productive off season as four players decided to transfer. With main scoring options Seth Allen and Nick Faust leaving the team the Terrapins will look much different in the upcoming seasons not to mention they will be involved in the Big Ten conference. With all the transfers the Terrapins suffered this offseason Coach Turgeon needed to build his team backup and he not only is doing so by recruiting but as well as acquiring impact transfers.
