Ravens place Taliaferro, Brooks, Jackson on injured reserve
The Baltimore Ravens have made a ton of roster moves today, placing three players on injured reserve. The Ravens played Lorenzo Taliferro, Terrence Brooks and Asa Jackson on injured reserve. The Ravens have also promoted Ryan Jensen from their practice squad. Defensive tackle Casey Walker has been signed from the New England Patriots practice squad.
The Ravens have had one injury after another in the secondary and losing both Brooks and Jackson for the rest of the season hurts them even more. The Ravens have an open roster spot and will likely fill it with a defensive back.
Losing Taliaferro also hurts as he was the Ravens second best running back. Taliaferro showed he can run the ball in his rookie season and ran strong every chance he got.
The Ravens have to beat the Houston Texans and the Cleveland Browns to get into the playoffs. It will be interesting to see how this beat up Ravens team can do.
