The Baltimore Ravens have selected running back Lorenzo Taliaferro with the 138th pick. Taliaferro played his college football at Coastal Carolina and is a big back. Taliaferro is 6’0” and 229 pounds, he could be the power running back the Ravens have been looking for. The Ravens lacked a true power running back last season and Taliaferro could do just that and play on special teams.
Taliaferro had a monster year in 2013 scoring 27 rushing touchdowns and rushing for 1,729 yards. I really like this pick as it both fills a need for the Ravens and is a really solid player.
