Head coach David Earl guided a roster that relied on toughness, conditioning and relentless effort from the opening week of the season through postseason competition. Assistant coaches Nick Marks, Bailey Benedick and Kristofer Dean also played major roles in preparing the Falcons for difficult dual meets and tournament action throughout the winter.

Leadership from the senior class shaped the identity of the team. Veteran wrestlers pushed the pace during practices and created a competitive atmosphere inside the wrestling room. Younger athletes responded with major improvements throughout the year.

Several Falcons produced standout individual seasons while helping Severna Park remain competitive in Anne Arundel County competition. Wrestlers in the lighter weight classes brought speed and aggressiveness to the lineup, while upper-weight competitors consistently delivered critical victories during close dual meets.
