Ravens beat Broncos 27 to 14

The Baltimore Ravens beat the Denver Broncos 27 to 14.  The Ravens started off the game down seven to nothing after a blocked punt put the Ravens defense in bad position.

Quarterback Joe Flacco played well again in the rain.  Flacco passed for 277 yards and did not turn the game over.

The Ravens running game still struggled only averaging 2.8 yards per carry.  The offensive line was to blame for the lack of running lanes.

The Ravens defense struggled early but really played well later in the game.  At one point the Ravens forced six straight punts.

The defense also came up with some huge plays when it mattered most.   Patrick Onwuasor had a huge interception late in the game.

Justin Tucker had two 52-yard field goals in the rain that were absolutely on the perfect.

The Ravens celebrated Ray Lewis at halftime presenting him with his Hall of Fame Ring.  Today was also John Harbaugh’s birthday.  On this rainy Sunday this was a great win for the Ravens.
