Ryan Minor Dies at 49 from Colon Cancer

Former Orioles 3rd Baseman who took over for Cal Ripken Junior, passes away.

We have learned in the past few minutes that former 3rd baseman for the Orioles, Ryan Minor, has passed away at the age of 49 years old. Ryan Minor, a former Oklahoma Sooner, played basketball and baseball.

Minor hit a career .266 (591/2219) in the Minors with 95 homeruns and 356 runs batted in

Minor hit a career .177 (56/317) in the Majors (Baltimore and Montreal) with 5 homeruns and 27 runs batted in.
