Ravens place Reid on IR, promote Toussaint

The Baltimore Ravens have placed Jah Reid on injured reserve and have promoted Fitzgerald Toussaint from the practice squad.  Toussaint has been on the Ravens 53-man roster earlier this season and impressed during the preseason. 

The Ravens have not got much of Reid and it was an easy call to put him on the IR.  The Ravens also needed an extra running back with Lorenzo Taliaferro banged up. 

It will be interesting to see if Toussaint gets much action against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
