Orioles sign their first two picks of the 2023 draft
The Baltimore Orioles signed their first two picks from the 2023 MLB draft yesterday, the team announced. The Orioles drafted outfielder Enrique Bradfield Jr. with the 17th overall pick in the draft he signed right after their second round pick outfielder Mac Horvath with the 53rd overall pick.
The Orioles have been quick to sign their top picks since Mike Elias has taken over. Bradfield Jr. and Horvath will likely go to the Orioles training facility in Sarasota before being assigned to a team.
