The Norfolk Tides are scheduled to begin Dylan Beavers’ Major League Rehab Assignment at Harbor Park on Wednesday, June 24, in conjunction with the Baltimore Orioles. The assignment starts with a doubleheader scheduled for a 6:05 p.m. first pitch, and gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Beavers originally began his MLB Rehab Assignment with Double-A Chesapeake on June 18. He has not played for Baltimore since May 10.
Norfolk Tides Schedule Beavers Bobblecard Giveaway
The Dylan Beavers International League MVP Bobblecard Giveaway is scheduled for Friday, June 26, at Harbor Park. The first 2,500 fans ages 18 and over will receive the giveaway commemorating Beavers as the 2025 International League MVP.
Friday’s game is scheduled for 6:35 p.m., with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The giveaway is presented by John’s Tax Service and News 3.
Dylan Beavers’ 2025 International League Season
Beavers won the 2025 International League MVP Award and was named a Postseason All-Star after playing 94 games with the Norfolk Tides. He hit .304, going 104-for-418 with 78 runs, 14 doubles, two triples, 18 home runs, 51 RBIs, 23 stolen bases and 68 walks.
Beavers ranked second in the International League in on-base percentage, fourth in OPS, eighth in slugging percentage and 10th in runs during the 2025 season.
Beavers’ Baltimore Orioles Background
The Baltimore Orioles selected Beavers’s contract on Aug. 16, and he made his major league debut at Houston that night. Entering the 2026 season, Baseball America ranked Beavers No. 21 on its Top 100 Prospect List, while MLB Pipeline ranked him No. 69.
Beavers maintained rookie eligibility into the 2026 season and had played 33 games with Baltimore at the time of the announcement. He was hitting .243 with 16 runs, seven doubles, two home runs and 14 RBIs.
